Aims and Scope
Aims and Scope
JEN is dedicated to advancing high-quality basic, translational, and applied research at the intersection of exercise science, nutrition, human performance, and health. The journal welcomes innovative investigations that integrate physiological, biochemical, behavioral, and clinical perspectives to better understand how exercise and nutritional strategies influence health, performance, recovery, and disease prevention across the lifespan.
JEN publishes concise, impactful scholarship including original research, research briefs, systematic and narrative reviews, clinical case reports, and applied performance studies. Submissions should demonstrate methodological rigor, clear statistical reporting, and meaningful practical applications for researchers, clinicians, sport scientists, dietitians, strength and conditioning professionals, and allied health practitioners.
